TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Trish Drahota to Front-End Services Lead, RCS; Stephanie Mansur to Remittance Senior Lead, RCS; Meg Markley to Payroll Specialist; Jen Neujahr to Senior Account Manager, RCS; Michael Terrano to Payer Enrollments and Payer Access Team Lead, RCS; and Haley Wagner to Patient Service Representative II, RCS.
Since joining TELCOR in March 2024 as a Patient Service Representative, Drahota has learned at an exponential rate and truly thrived on the Front-End team. In her role, she consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. Drahota handles each call with compassion and often serves as the primary point of contact for more complex accounts. She regularly brings forward trends for team discussion and openly shares her knowledge. Drahota is always eager to learn new tasks and expand her expertise within the application.
In her new role as a lead, Drahota will be more involved with training team members, monitoring customer workqueues, and assisting with team metrics.
Since joining TELCOR in February 2021, Mansur has been an invaluable member of the Remittance team. Her expansive knowledge of the application as well as Remittance processes makes her a valued resource for her coworkers. Mansur has been a key contributor to the success of several complex customers and projects. Her clear, professional communication and strong ability to manage large initiatives have made her an asset to the TELCOR team.
In her new role, Mansur will take on greater responsibility for mentoring team members and driving process improvements to ensure we continue to meet and exceed performance goals. She will also analyze and investigate various scenarios, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and quality that support customer RCS success. Mansur will continue to work closely with customers to ensure successful outcomes and drive continued growth.
In her new role, Wagner will continue to handle patient phone calls, assist with shadowing sessions, and further expand her application knowledge beyond her day-to-day responsibilities.
Markley joined TELCOR in October 2022 as an Accounting Assistant and was promoted to Accounts Payable Accountant in July 2025. She has consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to supporting our financial operations. Markley has played a key role in processing expense reports, credit card transactions, invoices, tax reporting as well as maintaining vendor relationships and records.
As TELCOR has continued to grow, Markley has shown a willingness to expand her skill set and take on new challenges. She has worked closely with many departments and employees across the organization. Most recently, Markley assisted the payroll team with year-end processing, where she discovered both an interest and aptitude that led to this natural transition.
In her new role as Payroll Specialist, Markley will be responsible for processing payroll, supporting employee inquiries, and maintaining payroll records. She will also assist with payroll-related audits, reporting, and process improvements.
Neujahr joined TELCOR in August 2019, beginning in Payer Enrollments before moving to the Account Manager team in 2022. Since transitioning into this role, Neujahr has consistently performed at a high level, delivering exceptional service to her customers and serving as a trusted strategic consultant. She demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, frequently leading efforts to improve processes and proactively identifying opportunities that drive value for both customers and internal teams.
Neujahr is highly committed to the success of the Account Manager team and regularly goes above and beyond to support her peers. She leads by example, embraces new challenges, and continuously seeks ways to improve outcomes. Neujahr has proven herself to be a reliable role model and a natural leader, consistently demonstrating the skills, initiative, and mindset needed to succeed in her new role.
Terrano joined TELCOR in August 2023 as a Patient Service Representative and transitioned to the Payer Enrollments team in April 2025. As RCS has continued to expand, Terrano has demonstrated flexibility in supporting customers from implementation through go-live and beyond. His strong front-end knowledge has been a valuable asset to the Payer Enrollments team, particularly in identifying and resolving issues that span multiple areas. Terrano's system and enrollment knowledge continues to grow, and his eagerness to deepen his understanding of payer enrollment processes, customer needs, and the broader TELCOR ecosystem has made a meaningful impact.
In his new role, Terrano will continue to manage enrollments, customer meetings, and portal access. He will also assist with investigating payer issues alongside clearinghouses, support EFT enrollment follow-ups, and serve as a go-to resource for guidance and support. Additionally, Terrano will assist his supervisor with special projects while continuing to expand his knowledge and help identify more efficient processes for the Payer Enrollments team.
Wagner joined the Front-End team in August 2023 as a Patient Service Representative. As RCS continues to grow, Wagner has consistently adapted to increasing patient call volumes with ease. With her strong knowledge of the application, she has played a key role in working down multiple workqueues for one of our larger customers, while also supporting patient calls across multiple customers.
