TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Carl Dillow to Senior Analyst, RCM, Erik Spitz to Senior Analyst, RCM, and Dani Taylor to Contracts Specialist.
Dillow joined TELCOR in June 2024 and has been a valuable member of the RCM Service team. He consistently delivers excellent service to RCM customers and is known for being a dedicated team player, role model, and mentor to others. Dillow is always willing to take on new challenges, and his commitment plays an important role in supporting our customers’ success.
As a Senior Analyst, Dillow will continue to serve as an expert in the RCM product line while providing excellent service to both external and internal customers. His experience will also allow him to expand his role in team building and project management.
Spitz joined the TELCOR team in June 2024 and has been a valuable member of the RCM Service team. He delivers excellent service to our customers and has developed positive relationships with those he works with. Spitz consistently demonstrates leadership by assisting both new and tenured team members, always approaching his work with professionalism, reliability, and collaboration.
In his new role, Spitz will continue to provide exceptional support to our customers and teams. He will also continue to lead by example, mentoring others and supporting professional growth within the RCM Service team.
Since joining TELCOR in 2023 as a Contracts Administrative Assistant, Taylor has consistently demonstrated strong dedication and reliability in her work. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to supporting both internal and external teams have made her an invaluable asset.
In her new role, Taylor will take on expanded responsibilities supporting contract drafting, review, coordination, and process improvement. Her skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm will continue to strengthen the team and contribute to the success of TELCOR.
