TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Stephanie Gonnerman to Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Gonnerman joined TELCOR in February 2022 as an Analyst on our RCM QA team. Gonnerman’s knowledge and understanding of the RCM product has made her an asset within our QA team as well as throughout RCM. She has completed complex projects including detailed testing instructions for recent APIs and the new SMS Text Module.
In her new role as Senior Analyst, Gonnerman will take on larger and more complex projects, lead special projects, and assist with our QA team trainings.
