TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Joni Fitzgerald to Senior Revenue Cycle Supervisor, Natalie Helkenn to RCS Special Project Manager, Matt Martin to Senior Project Analyst, and Trinity Van Laningham to Senior Revenue Cycle Supervisor.
Since joining TELCOR in November 2017, Fitzgerald has grown her career through multiple roles. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to meeting customer needs, making a meaningful impact on both our customers and the team. Fitzgerald is a dedicated leader who actively supports and develops those around her, contributing to the continued success of TELCOR.
In her new role, Fitzgerald will continue to lead and support team members while driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality outcomes for our customers. She will also continue to foster team development and strengthen operations across the Revenue Cycle Services team.
Since joining the team in 2019, Helkenn has been an instrumental member of the Claims Resolution team, consistently demonstrating strong leadership and dedication. She played a key role in developing new employee training and formalizing workflows through standard operating procedures, helping improve team efficiency and consistency.
In addition, Helkenn has contributed significantly to regression testing and documentation efforts, while also supporting Professional Services projects and building strong relationships with customers. As a Senior Lead, she has partnered closely with leadership on payer investigations and the ongoing development of team members.
In her new role, Helkenn will leverage her expertise in best practices to guide customers toward successful outcomes while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Since joining TELCOR in January 2023 as a POC Implementation Project Analyst, Martin has contributed to the Implementation team by managing multiple enterprise sites and routinely taking on complex customer projects. Most recently, he began the process of mentoring new employees and is considered a reliable resource by his peers. Martin is a great team player and his attention to detail has led to key improvements that have made internal workflow processes more efficient.
In his new role, Martin will continue to support implementation projects while taking on expanded responsibilities. He will also continue working closely with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
Since joining TELCOR in 2023, Van Laningham has become an integral member of our leadership team. She brings a deep understanding of appeals processes and payer requirements, along with extensive billing knowledge. Van Laningham is recognized for her ability to identify and investigate issues, as well as her commitment to driving resolutions that support customer success.
In her new role, Van Laningham will continue leading the Appeals team while also mentoring fellow supervisors. She will collaborate more broadly across RCS departments to enhance workflows and the overall customer experience.
