TELCOR is proud to announce the of promotion Megan Eikerman to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Specialist.
Since joining the RCM Implementation team as an Implementation Associate in March 2022, Eikerman has built strong, lasting relationships with customers through both her day-to-day work and her involvement across TELCOR. Time and again, she has proven herself to be a trusted resource for colleagues seeking guidance on system configurations and implementation best practices. Her expertise, willingness to help others, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience have made her an invaluable member of the Customer Engagement team.
In her new role, Eikerman will participate in the implementation of new TELCOR Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) customers and support the transition of current RCM customers to TELCOR RCS.
Eikerman’s optimism, dedication, and collaborative spirit have had a lasting positive impact on the Customer Engagement and RCS teams, as well as the customers she supports.
