Lincoln, Nebraska — October 17, 2017— A new president and vice president were elected during the ninth-annual TELCOR User Conference meeting September 10-12 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Tanya Anders, Revenue Cycle Management Manager, Dominion Diagnostics, LLC will serve as president; Jeanette Gray, Revenue Cycle Director, ProPath Services, LLP will serve as vice president. Both will perform these leadership roles until the next User Conference in September 2018.
In these roles, Anders and Gray will help guide User Group members on best practices by sharing product and industry experiences. They will be the liaison between User Group members and TELCOR senior staff bringing forward ideas to further enhance the strong relationship between customers and TELCOR as well as ideas to make the annual user conference more meaningful to all customers as it continues to grow in size and scope.
The User Group is comprised of more than 360 users utilizing the TELCOR RCM to manage daily revenue cycle and billing functions. Users meet annually to receive product training, exchange ideas with other users and provide feedback on planned product features. The group also participates in monthly enhancement calls designed to discuss and review submitted enhancement requests. Members can also access the RCM customer portal for shared documents, training guides and videos, and frequently asked questions.
All User Group members are invited to the annual User Conference. Highlights from this year’s conference included Elizabeth McCormick as the keynote speaker, customer experience presentations, TELCOR sessions on new product functionality and the Learning Lab where customers received hands-on training from the sessions and have questions answered.
