Customer Services Support

TELCOR customer services are unmatched. TELCOR POCT customers have unlimited access to the customer service staff—every hour, every day.  Our customer support specialists can answer questions, provide configuration assistance, troubleshoot and offer general product support.

  • Business Hours: 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Central time. Calls received during holidays and outside of normal business hours will be answered by an answering service and directed to the on-call POCT customer service representative who returns the call as soon as possible.

Implementation

For years, TELCOR has been a pioneer in efficient and cost-effective remote implementations. The implementation team carefully takes into account the needs, timelines and resources when putting together an implementation plan that is completed as efficiently and effectively as possible.  Our implementation process is done remotely, allowing the implementation process to complete based on mutually agreed upon schedules that can be adjusted without the added complication of travel arrangements and costs.

Upgrades and Migrations

In addition to a smooth initial implementation, version upgrades with new and updated features are included at no additional cost with your software support agreement.  Version upgrades are performed remotely and typically do not require a large amount of resources. The version upgrade process is smooth and efficient due to the way the TELCOR system is designed and deployed.

The customer installation team is also available for disaster recovery as well as hardware updates and migration assistance at mutually agreed upon schedules.
