Unlimited fee schedules for pricing and expected reimbursement allows you to price your laboratory services properly without manual intervention. You can create pricing driven by client, financial class, payer, state, locality and patient class.
Configuring the billing software and maintaining the flexible pricing is made easy with rate management tools allowing you to import, copy or globally update amounts based on the percentage change desired. Global updates are customized to only select procedures, making updates even easier. Effective date ranges ensure you can enter, import, copy or update as far in advance as desired without affecting current pricing.
Invoice delivery is an automated process giving you a competitive edge with maximized client satisfaction and minimal resource dedication. Invoices are sent to clients via print, fax, email or client web portal. Per client, you can define if daily, weekly, or monthly invoices or notifications of charges will be provided so the client can perform their own patient billing in a timely manner. Invoice format, content, sorting and messages are customized by the client making bills easy to understand.

The iLabBill Client web portal allows clients to easily provide census information, diagnosis codes, patient demographics and insurance information.
