Our patient-centric design simplifies patient account management and minimizes billing work on repeat patients. The RCM solution includes many rules and pricing options to define how patient transactions are processed to ensure billing is clean and compliant. Self-pay patients are billed at a fee schedule, service date maximum amount, or you can offer client-based pricing in acknowledgment of their uninsured status. Patients who have multiple services per month will receive one billing statement, avoiding confusion.

Making it easier for patients to pay has been proven to improve patient collections. We offer an online patient portal and the ability to authorize credit card payments within the RCM software solution. Incentive discounts can automatically be applied for early payment. Sending quick, effective communication to patients is easy through the automated account letter process or by sending messages through the patient web portal.
