Kwami has more than 15 years of health care experience with a strong background in workflow redesign and change management. He has been instrumental in building long-term, successful relationships with our customer’s management teams, developing our new TELCOR Review Cycle Services (TRCS) product line and managing the growing teams performing Customer Engagement and Integration activities.
In his expanded role, Kwami is responsible for solving customer challenges with lasting solutions, building long-term competitive advantages and retaining customers that strongly support TELCOR. He will focus on developing strategies to increase the profitability of our customers and the RCM/TRCS organizations.
Chris has more than 15 years of experience in information systems, his primary responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the network, workstations and servers at TELCOR corporate headquarters and off-site data centers.
Chris has shown tremendous leadership. He has architected strong and secure foundations that support the growing needs of TELCOR and our customers including moving TELCOR RCM to a cloud-based, SaaS solution offering a scalable and secure laboratory billing option.
