TELCOR is excited to announce the promotion of Marcia Kroll to a position of RCM Customer Liaison.

In this new senior position, Kroll will conduct on-site, current-state assessments and make reengineering recommendations for continued improvement in work processes. This will help organizations continue to achieve significant levels of improvement in quality, workflow efficiency and profitability utilizing the TELCOR RCM features.
