Lincoln, Nebraska – August 4, 2015 – TELCOR Inc is excited to announce iLabBill® Client as part of the version 14.0.2 TELCOR RCM solution and Lab Outreach Business Pro. This new, integrated, client portal application makes communication between laboratories and clients easier, promoting client satisfaction, workflow efficiency and improved time to collection.

TELCOR iLabBill Client is a web module that helps an organization by streamlining communication with its clients. It provides functionality for a client to enter missing patient information, update bed types for census requests, view invoices, pay online via credit card or ACH, and receive global and client specific messages. If an organization is multi-entity, then distinct iLabBill Client websites can be defined to promote company separation and identity, or multiple companies can use the same website providing a transparent view of the organization.

Functions available with iLabBill Client include:

  • Client User Management allows a client administrator to create, update and deactivate their client portal users, review user activity and reset user lockouts.
  • Census Entry allows the client user to easily check if the patient was in a skilled vs. non-skilled bed at the time of service and if it was a hospice service. This census information automatically updates bill type responsibility in TELCOR RCM for review or automatic transaction release for processing. Census Entry streamlines finding hard to get information from nursing home clients so billing can proceed accurately and timely.
  • Update Requests for Information allows the client to update requests for diagnosis, missing address or missing insurance information. Information is then automatically updated in TELCOR RCM to greatly improve the efficiency of collecting this hard to obtain information from the client.
  • Invoice History allows a view of all invoices with date, charges, refunds, payments, adjustments and balance due. The client portal provides an additional method to distribute invoices to clients.
  • Pay Online makes it easy for clients to pay with credit cards or ACH by allowing payment entry for individual invoices along with any notes. Payments are posted automatically, providing the organization with further efficiencies.
  • Payment History allows review of all payments made and allocation to invoices.
  • User Services allows a user to edit their parameters, including username, password, password questions and contact information that may optionally update automatically into the client contact information maintained in TELCOR RCM.
  • Messages allow review of global messages as well as client specific messages. This allows the organization to broadcast information to all clients or specifically direct requests to selected clients in a timely and efficient manner.

The activity on the portal is completely audited and allows easy review and management of portal usage with the iLabBill Client Monitor Activity workqueue. iLabBill Client is easy to implement with TELCOR RCM and can significantly improve efficiency and impact profitability.
