TELCOR Promotes Hillman, Kendle, Pohlmann & Schack

Lincoln, NE – February 28, 2023

TELCOR is excited to announce the promotions of Jessica Hillman, Senior Project Analyst, Point of Care (POC); MyRranda Kendle, Senior Installation Specialist, POC; Derek Pohlmann, Installation Support Manager, POC; and Erin Schack, Installation Specialist, POC.

Since September 2019, Hillman has proven herself to be effective at troubleshooting challenges. She is confident in her work while still learning from others. In her new role, Hillman will assist in the management of the POC Implementation team through mentoring co-workers and escalating high-priority tasks.

Since joining TELCOR in April 2019, Kendle­ has become a key asset concerning installations, employee training, and process improvement. She is dedicated to her work; overhauling the remote access process, arranging thorough training for TELCOR employees, and providing installations and upgrades to large customers. In her new role, Kendle will be a resource for her team and troubleshoot more complex issues.

Joining TELCOR in March 2016, Pohlmann restructured the Installation Support role into an entire team dedicated to troubleshooting upgrades, educating customers, and working toward process improvements. He is always willing to take on extra workload to meet customer demand. In his new role, Pohlmann will aid his team members in achieving success for themselves and TELCOR customers.

Since July 2009, Schack has consistently proven her dedication to TELCOR customers, helping ensure successful outcomes to complex upgrades. Her detail-oriented style aids her in finding discrepancies and solving them. In her new role, Schack will help train all POC service teams and function as an experienced team member taking on more challenging projects.
