TELCOR is excited to announce the promotions of Sarah Moritz, Claims Resolution Specialist, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Katie Remington, Senior Implementation Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM); and Nicole Wetgen, Claims Resolution Specialist, RCS.
In September 2021, Moritz joined TELCOR as a Claim Resolution Associate on the Medicare team. Since, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the TELCOR RCM application and Medicare payer requirements. In her new role, Moritz will continue to collaborate closely with customers and co-workers to work through complicated denials to help improve collections.
Since joining TELCOR in January 2019, Remington has expressed her willingness to learn and dedication to projects and TELCOR customers. Her expertise in monitoring the health of a customer’s system and reporting helps her identify potential issues and provide full transparency to customers. In her new role, Remington will continue to lead successful implementations, from kick-off to post go-live.
Joining TELCOR in July 2021, Wetgen has always been willing to assist when needed and volunteer to take on additional duties for her team. She has mentored newly assigned team members and suggested ideas for improvement. In her new role, Wetgen will tackle more complex denials and continue to be an essential part of the team.
