TELCOR Promotions – July 2025
TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Christensen to Implementation Analyst, RCM, Jody Marshall to Senior Account Executive, POC, and Kelsey Kusek to Senior Payroll Administrator.
Since joining the RCM Implementation team as an Implementation Specialist in May of 2024, Christensen has played a key role in launching numerous RCS projects, consistently demonstrating reliability, versatility, and a positive attitude. She is always willing to take on any task, big or small, across both RCM and RCS projects, and brings energy and commitment to each engagement. In addition to supporting project startups, Christensen has contributed to multiple implementations at various phases of the project and has a fantastic base to continue to excel and learn the Implementation Analyst role. Recently, Christensen led her first RCS implementation project from kickoff to go-live, showcasing her readiness to take on new challenges and drive successful outcomes for our customers.
In her new role, Christensen will continue to be instrumental on all RCS implementation projects, serving as the primary project manager on new implementations. She will also cross-train with other customer engagement team members to gain experience with RCM implementations, further expanding her skill set. This will position her to not only lead her own RCS projects but also contribute meaningfully to RCM.
Since beginning her journey at TELCOR in 2011, Marshall has made a lasting impact across several departments; starting in Customer Support, then serving as a Product Specialist, and most recently contributing to the POC Sales team since February 2020. In that time, she has submitted over 600 orders, all while building strong, trusted relationships with customers and vendor partners.
Marshall’s deep product knowledge, broad experience, and collaborative spirit continue to be a tremendous asset to the team. Her dedication to excellence and her positive, team-first attitude truly embodies the TELCOR values.
Since joining the accounting team as a Payroll Administrator, Kusek has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and effective problem-solving. She has taken ownership of payroll and benefit responsibilities beyond her original role. Becoming a trusted resource through her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring payroll and benefits are handled with precision.
In her new role, Kusek will continue to oversee accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting month-end reconciliations, audits, and regulatory compliance. She will collaborate with teams across the organization to resolve discrepancies, maintain up-to-date records, and provide support to employees on payroll-related matters.
