TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Harms to Special Project Manager, RCM, Angie Di Salvo to Special Project Manager, RCM, Sandy MacPherson to Revenue Cycle Supervisor. RCS, Jamie McManigal to Senior Revenue Cycle Supervisor, RCS, Jacob Smith to End User Computing Manager, John Zegers to Network Architect, Samuel Evertson to Senior Systems Engineer, and Heather Douglas to Claims Resolution Lead, RCM.
Since stepping into the role of Senior Analyst, Harms has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage complex projects while guiding customers through each step with clarity and confidence. She has played a vital role in advancing customer knowledge through the development of RCM version and enhancement request education, led intricate system balancing initiatives, and was instrumental in the successful implementation of the RCM enhanced Claim Appeals functionality and Report Designer.
Harms‘ leadership, patience, and unwavering commitment to the goals of both the service team and our customers have made her a trusted advisor and a cornerstone of the RCM Service team.
In her new role, Harms will take full ownership of special projects while continuing to build strong partnerships with both customers and internal teams. She will also continue to lead, by example, mentoring others and supporting the professional growth of her peers within the RCM Service team.
Since becoming a Senior Analyst, Di Salvo has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a deep commitment to both the service team and our customers. She has played a key role in advancing strategic initiatives, including the successful implementation of solutions like the RCM portal products and Report Designer. Di Salvo’s ability to lead complex projects, foster strong customer relationships, and uphold a high standard of professionalism has made a lasting impact.
In her new role, Di Salvo will independently own and manage projects, working closely with our customers and internal teams. She will provide leadership to her teammates and support the professional development of her peers.
Since joining TELCOR in April 2021, MacPherson has been a trusted and valued member of the team. Most recently, she has served as the Claims Resolution Lead of the Commercial/AutoWC team where she has made a lasting impact through her thoughtful guidance, reliability, problem-solving skills, and consistent support of her colleagues.
In her new role, MacPherson will take on greater responsibility for overseeing daily claims resolution operations, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements to ensure we continue to meet and exceed performance goals. She will also analyze and investigate various scenarios, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and quality that support customer RCS success.
Since joining TELCOR in 2018, McManigal has been a valuable member of our leadership team. She brings deep expertise across multiple payer classes, particularly BCBS and commercial payers, and is known for her strong work ethic and dedication to customer success. McManigal is highly effective in identifying and investigating issues, sharing solutions with both the management team and our customers to improve outcomes.
In her new role, she will continue to lead the claims team while also becoming a leader and mentor to other supervisors. She will further collaborate across departments within RCS to strengthen results and enhance the overall customer experience.
Since joining TELCOR in 2021, Smith has consistently shown strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to improving the end-user experience. He’s been instrumental in enhancing support services and driving key technology initiatives that positively impact teams across the organization.
In his new role, Smith will oversee the End User Computing team, leading efforts to enhance our technology environment and ensure seamless support for all employees. He will continue to collaborate closely with departments across TELCOR while guiding the development of innovative end-user solutions.
Throughout his time on the team, Zegers has demonstrated deep expertise in network design, security, and performance optimization. He has played a key role in modernizing our infrastructure, improving reliability, and leading complex infrastructure and networking projects.
In this new role, Zegers will focus on designing scalable, secure network solutions, and guiding the long-term strategy of TELCOR network architecture.
Evertson joined TELCOR in 2021 and has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of systems infrastructure. He led key initiatives to improve system performance and monitoring while also serving as a trusted resource for complex technical challenges.
In this new role, Evertson will take on expanded responsibility in designing, implementing, and optimizing our core systems. He will also mentor team members and help drive the long-term strategy of our infrastructure environment.
Since joining TELCOR in September 2021, Douglas has been a valuable member of the commercial team, known for her dependability and commitment to customer success. She consistently identifies and communicates trends, contributing to improved outcomes and team awareness.
In her new role, Douglas will serve as an initial point of escalation for team members, providing guidance and support while escalating to Revenue Cycle Supervisors when appropriate.
Since joining TELCOR in 2012, Dickinson has progressed through several roles, including Technical Support Analyst, Technical Services Manager, and Technical Support Director.
Throughout his tenure, he has been a key part in developing and implementing process improvements that have strengthened both our support operations and team culture.
