TELCOR is excited to announce the promotion of Kelsey Appelhanz, Revenue Cycle Manager, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Adina Dargeloh, Contracts Administration Supervisor, Contracts; Becky Martin, QA Manager, Point of Care (POC); Derek Pohlmann, Technical Support Analyst, POC; and Kaitlin Smith, Revenue Cycle Supervisor – Remittance, RCS.
Since joining TELCOR in July 2018, Appelhanz has played a crucial role in the development of the Remittance team, which has grown from two people to almost thirty. During this time, she has led special projects and worked closely with customers to ensure prompt and accurate payment processing. In her new position, Appelhanz will oversee RCS as it continues to expand and adapt.
Since joining TELCOR in 2017, Dargeloh has effectively provided internal and external contractual support while excelling at contract negotiations. She is a crucial member of the Contracts team, implementing improved processes and standardizing them across all aspects of the department. In her new role as Contracts Administration Supervisor, Dargeloh will manage and oversee contracts administrative personnel, mentoring them to effectively accomplish their responsibilities.
Joining TELCOR in May 2014, Martin excels at case management, diligently working cases until they are resolved. She is an expert in TELCOR QML®, device interface testing, and a trusted resource for her team. In her new role as POC QA Manager, Martin will manage all aspects of the testing process, while continuing to manage her own testing and documentation projects to ensure project release dates are met.
Joining TELCOR in March 2016, Pohlmann has held a variety of roles in support of TELCOR POC. He has a strong understanding of the different processes associated with each team and is well respected by his colleagues. In his new role, Pohlmann will use his experience to troubleshoot cases and provide internal training across multiple POC departments.
Smith joined TELCOR in August 2019. Since then, she has established meaningful relationships with her customers and has been a dependable asset for her team. Through her involvement with co-workers, she has helped blend processes between different RCS teams to enhance workflow. In her new role as Revenue Cycle Supervisor – Remittance, Smith will structure innovative work processes and oversee her team to ensure customer success.
