TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Sally Barnard, Senior Director, RCM; Kaylee Crawford, Upgrade Manager, RCM; Travis Dyson, Senior Installation Support Analyst, POC; Lauren Evertson to Senior Installation Analyst, POC; and Nate Lee, Senior Analyst, RCM.

Since joining TELCOR in 2010, Barnard has demonstrated unwavering dedication to our customers and has been a key contributor to our strong reputation for exceptional service. As a trusted subject matter expert and leader, she has continually strengthened our customer relationships through her deep knowledge, dependability, and collaborative approach.

In her role as Senior Director, Barnard will continue to provide strategic support to her team and valuable guidance to the broader leadership group. Her commitment to excellence and the quality of support TELCOR delivers set a high standard for our organization.

Since joining TELCOR in August 2019, Crawford has built a strong foundation in service case management and developed deep expertise in the upgrades process. Her initiative and attention to detail have led to key improvements that have made upgrades more efficient and seamless for customers and teams alike.

In this role, Crawford will continue to coordinate and manage application upgrades across our organization, engaging directly with customers to ensure thoughtful planning and clear expectations. She will also oversee the upgrade team and process, providing guidance in issue resolution and driving process documentation and improvement to uphold the high standards of support our customers expect.

Since joining TELCOR in 2018, Dyson has consistently shown dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to excellence. During his tenure with the Installation Support team, he has continually sought opportunities to expand his skills and take on new challenges.

Dyson has been instrumental in supporting the management of the Installation Support team by taking on leadership responsibilities when needed and successfully overseeing a number of special projects under demanding timelines. His reliability, initiative, and collaborative approach have made him a trusted and respected team member.

Beyond his technical contributions, Dyson is known for fostering a positive team environment, always willing to help colleagues, and bringing levity to the workplace with his sense of humor.

Since joining the POC Installation team in September 2021, Evertson has demonstrated exceptional dedication to customer service and quality outcomes, making her a vital member of the team. She has been instrumental in refining installation and upgrade activities, particularly with the i-STAT/DE device type and its recent challenges. Evertson’s projects are well documented and have successful outcomes. Her collaboration on new processes and complex configurations is invaluable.

Evertson’s prior experience on the POC Support team continues to serve her well, providing a strong foundation for troubleshooting and managing customer service challenges. She’s always willing to step in and assist the team, even with a full caseload.

In her new role, Evertson will take on additional enterprise customers and deepen her expertise in complex configurations. She will continue to be a role model for thorough project management and a strong work ethic.

Since joining the RCM Service team in March 2024, Lee has become an invaluable asset, not only to the RCM Service team but to TELCOR as a whole. With a strong technical background in IT and prior experience with practice management software, Lee brings a unique combination of analytical and technical expertise to his role.

Lee has been instrumental in managing server migrations, implementing security updates, and supporting troubleshooting efforts for our customers. He consistently demonstrates leadership by assisting both new and tenured team members, always approaching his work with professionalism, reliability, and collaboration.

In his new role, Lee will continue to provide exceptional support to our customers and teams. He will also continue to lead by example, mentoring others and supporting professional growth within the RCM Service team.
