TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Chad Erickson, Development Manager, RCM; Ami Johnson, Senior Compliance Analyst; Preston Peet, Senior Manager, RCS; Jeremy Skrdla to Development Manager, RCM; and Chastity Wall to Manager, RCS.
Erickson began his TELCOR career in August 2013 as an RCM Software Engineer and has since built a strong reputation for problem-solving, innovation, and delivering results on complex projects. Over the years, he has become a trusted leader, consistently providing valuable insight and technical expertise that benefit both his teammates and cross-functional initiatives.
This promotion reflects Erickson’s ability to lead with collaboration and precision, as well as his commitment to advancing solutions that strengthen our products and support customer success.
In his new role as Development Manager, Erickson will oversee the development team and lead initiatives that drive innovation, quality, and efficiency across our software solutions.
Since joining TELCOR in 2022 as a Compliance Analyst, Johnson has consistently demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a strong commitment to our compliance program. She has taken full ownership of the compliance and ethics training program, continually enhancing its effectiveness over the past several years. More recently, Johnson has expanded her impact by taking on responsibilities in risk management and business continuity, proactively learning and contributing in these critical areas. Her dedication to growth and her thoughtful approach to process improvement have made her an invaluable member of the team.
In her new role as Senior Compliance Analyst, Johnson will continue to build on these expanded responsibilities, supporting our evolving compliance initiatives and helping drive excellence across the department.
Since joining TELCOR in 2020 as a Pre-Billing Data Specialist, Peet has continually expanded his system expertise and leadership skills through a variety of roles. Throughout his career progression, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to identify and implement process improvements, broaden team responsibilities, and uphold high standards across customer systems.
Peet is always willing to help with customer calls to provide guidance on front-end workflows and patient interactions, and he regularly goes above expectations by supporting training initiatives. In his most recent role, he took on leadership of the Correspondence team, working closely with the supervisor to strengthen processes and provide direction that has enhanced the team’s overall performance.
In his new role as Senior Manager, Peet will continue to play a vital role in the Front End team, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and developing team capabilities as our organization continues to grow.
Since joining TELCOR in November 2009 as an RCM Software Engineer, Skrdla has steadily advanced through his dedication, leadership, and technical expertise. Over the years, he has contributed to the success of numerous development initiatives, playing a key role in the rewrites of our iLabBill® websites and in optimizing transaction batch processing to ensure reliability and efficiency in critical systems. Skrdla’s deep knowledge of software development, his proven ability to mentor and guide others, and his collaborative spirit that makes him an outstanding teammate.
In his new role as Development Manager, Skrdla will oversee the development team and lead initiatives that drive innovation, strengthen system performance, and support TELCOR’s long-term success.
Since joining TELCOR in 2020 as a Pre-Billing Data Specialist, Wall has continually expanded her knowledge and leadership skills through a variety of roles. She advanced to Team Lead on the Pre-Billing team and most recently served as Supervisor of the Patient Services team. In this role, she played a key part in educating team members, streamlining processes, and ensuring TELCOR delivers the highest level of service to our customers’ patients. Beyond her supervisory responsibilities, Wall has also partnered with the Front End team to address payer eligibility errors and improve claims processing efficiency.
In her new role as Manager, Revenue Cycle Services, Wall will continue to lead the Patient Services team while working with leadership to strengthen best practices for patient phone calls. She will also collaborate with new and existing customers to manage and optimize patient service processes.
