Humana Publishes Eight New Medicare Advantage Laboratory Policies

Humana has published eight new laboratory policies for its Medicare Advantage product line.

The new policies list reimbursable and non-reimbursable codes, coverage conditions and limitations, and related NCDs and LCDs for services related to Celiac Disease Testing, HIV, Prescription Medication and Illicit Drug Testing, PSA Testing, Evaluation of Dry Eyes, Immunopharmacologic Monitoring of Therapeutic Serum Antibodies, Pathogen Panel Testing, and Serum Testing for Hepatic Fibrosis in the Evaluation and Monitoring of Chronic Liver Disease.
