TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Julia Bharotu, Claims Resolution Specialist, RCS, Kacey Hoppes, Remittance Senior Team Lead, RCS, Austin Martz, Director, RCM, and Taryn Shotkoski, Senior Customer Engagement Manager, RCM.

Since joining TELCOR in May 2025, Bharotu has consistently demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to excellence. She brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a true team-first mindset to everything she does, quickly establishing herself as a valued and trusted member of the team.

Bharotu actively welcomes feedback and uses it as a catalyst for growth, continually strengthening her skills and expanding her knowledge. Her exceptional attention to detail, consistently high-quality work, effective collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills truly set her apart.

In her new role as Claims Resolution Specialist, Bharotu will take on expanded responsibilities, including resolving more complex claim issues, analyzing and identifying payer trends, and contributing to our continued commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Hoppes consistently shows up for both her customers and the team. She never hesitates to take on complex challenges and truly owns her work from start to finish. With a strong ability to recognize patterns and trends, she isn’t afraid to bring them forward, helping us continuously improve together.

Recently, Hoppes played a key role in several large Blue Cross Blue Shield cleanup projects. These were no small undertakings, but through her persistence, attention to detail, and teamwork, she helped bring them to a point where they are now running efficiently and smoothly. Whenever the team encounters an unusual or difficult situation, Hoppes is quick to step in and help problem-solve.

Beyond her customer work, Hoppes has made a meaningful impact through training and mentorship. She has supported the onboarding of new team members and led training sessions for more tenured staff, always focused on fostering growth and building confidence across the team.

In her new role as Senior Team Lead, Hoppes will continue to be an invaluable resource. She will keep identifying trends, digging deeper into processes to uncover efficiencies, and applying her keen attention to detail to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers every day.

Martz joined TELCOR in April 2022 and has consistently demonstrated a high level of performance, accountability, and leadership. His proven ability to manage accounts from initial engagement through ongoing customer relationships reflects a deep commitment to delivering exceptional service to TELCOR’s customers, while also driving growth through the successful signing of new accounts.

Beyond results, Martz is a true team player. He is always willing to put in the work, support his peers, and step up to meet challenges head-on. His competitive edge, combined with a strong sense of ownership and dedication to long-term TELCOR success, makes him a natural fit for this next role.

In his new position, Martz will continue to drive growth within RCM Sales while taking on increased responsibility for consultant and vendor relationships, as well as ongoing team collaboration and execution excellence.

Since joining TELCOR as an Implementation Analyst in February 2021, Shotkoski has consistently demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence. She has become an invaluable member of the team, playing a key role in customer engagement initiatives, including the implementation of large, complex RCM projects, while also partnering closely with our RCM sales teams on product demonstrations and workflow design.

Throughout her time at TELCOR, Shotkoski has built strong relationships across the organization and with customers and prospects alike, earning their trust and respect. Her dedication, expertise, and leadership have been instrumental to the success of the Customer Engagement team.

In her new role as Senior Customer Engagement Manager, Shotkoski will continue to build on the strong foundation she has established within the RCM Customer Engagement department.
