TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Lacey Smith, Supervisor, Front-End Services, RCS.
After joining TELCOR in September 2021 Smith spent her first year on the RCS Front-End team as a Patient Service Representative. She then transitioned to the RCS Claims team, where she served as a Claims Associate through March 2025, upon being promoted to Claims Resolution Specialist.
Smith has consistently demonstrated a strong willingness to assist her coworkers and support team success. She has gained valuable knowledge of payer processes and additional customer application workflows that will greatly benefit the Front-End team. Smith’s experience across both the RCS Front-End and RCS Claims teams positions her well to bring a broader perspective and deeper understanding to her new role.
In her new role, Smith will work directly with Front-End team members and customers to ensure best practices for customer workflows and to help identify areas of opportunity. We look forward to Smith rejoining the Front-End team as a supervisor where she will leverage her claims expertise to support continued team growth and knowledge development.
