TELCOR has identified a recent process change with BCBSNebraska impacting payment timelines. As of November 1, 2025, BCBSNE adjustedits payment schedule and will no longer issue payment on claims until they aremore than 21 days old. This is an increase from the previous and typical 14-dayturnaround.

This change underscores the importance of confirming payerprocessing timelines when investigating payment delays, as not all delaysindicate a claim issue or underpayment.
