Matthes has been with TELCOR for 18 years, making a lasting impact as he progressed through roles as Implementation Analyst, Director, Vice President, and now Senior Vice President. Under his leadership in Service, TELCOR has become recognized as an industry leader in service and support, one of our key differentiators and a major driver of strong customer retention.
Over the past year, Matthes expanded his scope to include the RCM Upgrade and Education teams, bringing these groups together to deliver white-glove service following upgrades, tailored education for customers and internal teams, and a strong personal touch in customer engagements. His regular executive-level interactions with customers reinforce the value TELCOR delivers.
In his new role, Matthes will lead the long-term strategy and evolution of our service organization, partner with executive leadership on service innovation, and guide initiatives focused on automation and digital transformation.
