Since joining TELCOR in 2012, Dickinson has progressed through several roles, including Technical Support Analyst, Technical Services Manager, and Technical Support Director.

Throughout his tenure, he has been a key part in developing and implementing process improvements that have strengthened both our support operations and team culture.

Dickinson’s commitment to building a team that thrives on thorough, patient troubleshooting has set the standard for excellence. Under his leadership, the team significantly reduced customer support escalations to the product team, preserving development timelines and enhancing overall efficiency.
