TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Patrick Crosier Revenue Cycle Supervisor, Remittance team, Kaly Ernst, Front End Services Lead, RCS, and Willow Gottfried Front-End Services Lead, RCS.

Crosier will oversee our Credits and Refunds, bringing his strong leadership and expertise to the team.

Since joining TELCOR in 2021, Crosier has consistently demonstrated dedication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. He has worked closely with leadership to enhance processes, improve efficiencies, and mentor others. His contributions as a trainer have been invaluable in developing and strengthening our team.

In his new role, Crosier will assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition. He will also continue driving process improvements that contribute to the team’s overall success.

Since joining TELCOR in 2021 as a Data Entry Specialist, Ernst has consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service, using her knowledge of the application to effectively communicate account information and support patients with care and professionalism.

Ernst has a proven ability to deescalate challenging phone calls with compassion and empathy, earning trust from patients and teammates. Her dedication and willingness to assist others, answer questions, and find solutions has made a positive impact on the team.

In her new role, Ernst will assist in training team members on how to manage patient phone calls efficiently and effectively. She will also take an active role in tracking and monitoring phone call trends to help drive continued success across the team.

Since joining TELCOR in 2021, Gottfried has been a dedicated and dependable member of the team. She consistently goes above and beyond to maintain workflow efficiency and supports both her peers and our customers.

In her new role, Gottfried will assist with training Pre-Billing Data Specialists, reviewing team metrics, and supporting Document Expert responsibilities. With Gottfried’s positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement, she will thrive in this new position and continue to contribute to the success of the team.
