TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion Corinne Steele to Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Services and Dori Shaffer to Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management.

Since joining TELCOR almost 10 years ago, Steele has contributed to customer and TELCOR success through a variety of roles. As a member of both the Service and Customer Engagement teams, Steele has maintained high standards for herself and her teams to provide the best service to customers.

Most recently, Steele has joined the Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) team, where she works with the Operations team to realign expectations and improve overall workflows. Steele has also taken on leadership of the Account Management team, working closely with them to deepen customer relationships and standardize processes.

Steele brings an expansive knowledge of system functionality coupled with extensive customer experience to each task she takes on. She leverages her skills and knowledge to support all teams, asking questions and collaborating on creative solutions.

Since joining TELCOR in January 2019 as an Analyst on the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) QA team, Shaffer has been a dedicated and self-motivated contributor. She is a true team player, always willing to support her peers and collaborate across departments. Over the years, she has successfully completed highly complex projects and has become our go-to resource for Electronic Remittance and all things Documents.

In her new role as Senior Analyst, Shaffer will take on larger and more complex projects, lead special projects, and manage the QA Procedure OneNote manual.
