Lincoln, NE – August 2026
TELCOR is proud to announce the promotion of Ben Bevins to Special Project Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation; Amanda Harms to Service Manager, RCM Service; and Derek Pohlmann to Support Director, Point of Care (POC) Technical Support.
Since joining TELCOR in January 2021, Bevins has consistently grown and excelled in every role he's taken on. He has become a valued resource for the Customer Engagement team, mentoring new analysts and supporting a wide range of special processes, workflows, and unique client scenarios. He also continues to demonstrate a strong ability to step into difficult conversations and challenging project situations, proactively identifying potential issues and bringing solutions to the table. His dedication, adaptability, and willingness to help others have made a real impact on our team's success.
In his new role, Bevins will continue to bring that same level of expertise and support to special projects across the organization.
Harms joined the RCM Service Team as an Analyst in September 2021. She advanced to Senior Analyst in October 2023 and then to Special Project Manager in June 2025. Throughout her time at TELCOR, Harms has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, professionalism, and a strong commitment to supporting both the RCM team and our customers.
Harms is a collaborative leader who fosters teamwork and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. In her new role as RCM Service Manager, she will supervise members of the RCM Service team while continuing to work customer cases and lead special projects.
Over his 10+ years at TELCOR, Pohlmann has worked across multiple areas of POC Customer Service, including the Support and Implementation teams, POC Installation Support Manager, and most recently as a Technical Support Analyst. That range of experience gives him a unique understanding of how each team operates and where they connect. He is known for his strong work ethic and his ability to dig into tough problems, often bringing creative ideas to troubleshooting that others might not think of. He's also shown consistent patience with customers, even in difficult situations, which has helped build strong relationships with our customers. That same dependability shows up in how he works with his peers, who know him as someone always willing to help.
In his new role, Pohlmann will lead the Support and Technical Support teams, with a focus on improving processes and driving greater efficiency across both groups. He will also help build KPI and performance frameworks to bring more structure and visibility to how we measure and improve service delivery. His broad background across POC positions him well to elevate both the technical capability and customer-centric culture throughout the Support organization.
