TELCOR is proud to announce the promotions of Craig Lenhoff, Senior Director, Customer Engagement RCM/RCS, and Heather Owsley, Senior Implementation Associate RCM.
Since joining TELCOR as an Implementation Analyst in June 2014, Lenhoff has consistently demonstrated an outstanding work ethic and deep understanding of our industry. He has become an invaluable member of our team, playing a key role in all Customer Engagement activities, including RCS and RCM projects, overseeing the RCM Education team and curriculum, and leading our Sales Support team.
Throughout his journey at TELCOR, Lenhoff has built strong relationships within the organization and with our customers and prospects, earning their trust and respect. His dedication and leadership have been critical to the success of our team.
In his new role as Senior Director, Lenhoff will continue to build on the solid foundation he has established within the RCM Customer Engagement department. He will expand his oversight of the team and continue to guide our team and customers toward successful outcomes. Additionally, he will play an essential role in mentoring other managers and members of the Customer Engagement team.
Since joining TELCOR in July 2021, Owsley has been a valuable member of the RCM Implementation team, consistently striving to expand her knowledge and share it through mentoring new team members and supporting RCS and RCM projects.
Owsley is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with customers, both in her daily work and through her involvement with the RCM User Conference committee. Her optimism, commitment, and collaborative spirit have made a positive impact on our team and customers alike.
