TELCOR is proud to announce the of promotion Kelsey Carlson to Accounts Payable Manager; Brittany Haffke to Claims Resolution Specialist, RCS; JoHanna Mundt to Director of Accounting; Michael Terrano to Service Analyst, RCM and Haley Wagner to Front-End Services Lead, RCS.

Carlson has been a valued member of the Accounting team for more than 10 years. She has played a key role in strengthening our accounts payable processes, supporting the team through periods of growth and transition, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our financial operations.

This promotion recognizes not only Carlson's proven performance, but also her continued growth as a leader within the Accounting team. In this role, she will take on expanded responsibility for developing the AP team, driving process improvements, and supporting the financial reporting process.

Since joining TELCOR in April 2025, Haffke has continued to grow professionally and made a meaningful impact on her team and our customers. She consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, and a willingness to step in and support others whenever needed. Haffke approaches each task with professionalism and a positive attitude and is committed to supporting her team and our customers.

In her new role as Claims Resolution Specialist, Haffke will take on expanded responsibilities, including trending and investigating denials, analyzing payer patterns, resolving complex claim issues, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes. Her efforts will contribute to both customer success and the continued effectiveness of our Revenue Cycle Services operations.

Mundt has been an integral member of the Accounting team, most recently serving as Director of Accounts Receivable and Revenue. In that role, she demonstrated strong leadership and deep expertise in revenue operations, strengthening processes, implementing new systems and efficiencies, reducing days to collection, and supporting TELCOR through periods of transition and growth.

Mundt is a proven leader who consistently drives results and supports the success of her team. Her promotion to Director of Accounting reflects her expanded responsibility for the accounting function, including oversight of the month-end close, financial reporting, and the continued development and optimization of the Accounting team and its processes.

Since joining TELCOR in August 2023 as a Patient Service Representative, Terrano has consistently excelled at his responsibilities. Through his progression into additional roles, Terrano has demonstrated dedication and a strong commitment to customer success.

In his new role as RCM Service Analyst, Terrano will support the RCM customer base while continuing to expand his technical expertise and product knowledge.

Since joining TELCOR in August 2023 as a Patient Service Representative on the Front-End team, Wagner has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service to patients on behalf of our customers.

With her strong knowledge of the application, she can quickly identify the reason for a patient’s call and provide accurate account information and support. In addition to handling patient phone calls, Wagner regularly works within the application to resolve eligibility failures, correct payer errors, and ensure patient accounts are current for claim submission.

In her new role as Front-End Services Lead, Wagner will continue to assist with patient phone calls and escalations while providing guidance and support to team members.
