TELCOR is proud to announce the of promotion Alexis Determan to Senior Implementation Analyst, RCM; Kris Dotson to Senior Account Executive, POC; Chris Hoffer to Software Engineering Manager, POC; Alyson Lyon to Technical Support Analyst, POC; David Schneider to Software Engineering Director, POC; and Nicole Shulman to Senior Account Executive, POC.
Since joining TELCOR as an Implementation Specialist in February 2023, Determan has consistently demonstrated hard work and a strong drive to learn. She has shown a willingness to take on any challenge during a project, continuously expand her knowledge of new functionality, and support those around her.
In her new role as Senior Implementation Analyst, Determan will continue to lead complex implementations, provide strategic guidance, and mentor others on the team.
Since joining TELCOR in March 2020, Dotson has consistently demonstrated dedication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to customer success. Beginning his career during the transition to remote work, he successfully completed training and managed his initial sales engagements entirely remotely. Dotson also played a key role in securing one of our first significant customers through a fully remote sales process.
Throughout his tenure, Dotson has earned the trust and respect of both prospects and long‑standing clients. So much so that one customer famously dubbed him a “saint.” A testament to his integrity, responsiveness, and dedication.
Since joining TELCOR in January 2017, Hoffer has become an invaluable member of the POC Engineering team. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability have made a lasting impact on both the team and our customers. Over the years, Hoffer has designed and developed numerous device drivers and meter configuration applications, consistently taking on complex projects and driving them through to successful completion.
In his new role, Hoffer will manage the development team while continuing to support the design and development of meter configuration applications for new devices. He will also guide team processes and contribute to the architecture and long-term direction of development initiatives.
Lyon has been a valued member of the POC Support Team since June 2022, consistently demonstrating the ability to manage a high volume of support issues while adapting to ongoing changes. She has set a strong standard for thorough and effective case documentation and approaches each issue with a focus on resolution and follow-through. Her willingness to dig deeper, ask questions, and take on challenges has made a meaningful impact on both the team and the customers we support.
In her new role, Lyon will build on her experience as a Support Analyst to identify patterns and perform trend analysis on recurring issues, helping drive more proactive solutions. She will also serve as an escalation resource for other teams, providing guidance and support to resolve complex or high-impact issues efficiently.
Since joining TELCOR in November 2012, Schneider has been a key member of the Product team, advancing from Senior Software Engineer in 2018 to Software Development Manager in 2019. Throughout his tenure, he has become a trusted resource for both his technical expertise and collaborative approach. Schneider is known for his ability to troubleshoot complex issues, mentor new engineers, and simplify complex backend processes in a way that supports teams across the organization.
In his new role, Schneider will collaborate with all POC Engineering teams on architectural decisions that support scalable, maintainable, and long-term software development. He will continue partnering closely with customer-facing teams while driving improvements that support the delivery of high-quality products throughout the development lifecycle.
Since joining TELCOR nearly 5 years ago, Shulman has consistently demonstrated excellence in her role on the POC Sales team. She has continually met or exceeded her sales goals while building strong relationships with both customers and prospects. Shulman’s attention to detail and ability to effectively manage the many processes involved in the sales cycle have made her a valuable member of the team.
