The middleware built only for point of care.
Every device.
Every operator.
One platform.
Device vendors sell middleware that ties you to their analyzers. TELCOR QML is independent point of care middleware, connecting 160+ device types across every facility you operate, backed by US-based support from people who know POCT.
- 160+ device types on one platform, across hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and urgent care
- Operators float. QML tracks them, competency documented on the CLIA cadence
- Always inspection-ready, automated compliance documentation and management by exception

How many competency records is your team tracking by hand?
Slide to your operator count, then to the device types each operator uses, because competency is documented per operator, per device type. A nurse who tests glucose and iSTAT carries a separate record for each. At survey time, you need proof of every single one.
Why do hospitals switch to TELCOR QML?
Point of care testing happens everywhere except the lab, and your device vendor's middleware only sees its own analyzers. QML was built for the whole program, independent of any device or LIS brand.
Connect every device without lock-in
The only POC middleware from a vendor independent of device and LIS ownership, so your middleware never dictates your analyzer purchases.
- 160+ device types, uni- and bi-directional
- New device interfaces delivered in as fast as 30 days once developed
- ADT, Order & Result interfaces to your LIS/EMR
Track every operator, everywhere they float
Operators move across facilities; their certifications don't follow on spreadsheets. QML tracks certification and competency in one place, on the CLIA cadence.
- Competency documented: initial, six-month, annual
- eLearning & LMS/HRIS integration
- One record per operator across all sites
Prove compliance on demand
When the surveyor shows up, the proof is already assembled, not scattered across binders, spreadsheets, and device printouts.
- Automated alerts & management by exception
- Unlimited data mining, patient & QC results
- Comprehensive reports for statistics & inspections
Proof, not promises

Questions labs ask us most
Will TELCOR QML work with our devices?
QML connects 160+ device types across hospitals, labs, and clinics. If you use a device we have not interfaced yet, we evaluate it at no cost, and once an interface is developed it can be delivered in as fast as 30 days. New device types are licensed per facility. Bring your device list to the demo and we will go through it together, timelines included.
We're on our device vendor's middleware. Is switching painful?
Switching is what we do. Because QML is vendor-neutral, migrating doesn't force any change to your analyzers, your devices stay, the lock-in goes. Our team guides the transition, and implementation activities are included in the license until you're live.
Does QML replace our LIS or EMR?
No, it connects to them. QML automates workflows through ADT, Order, Result, and eLearning interfaces to your LIS, HIS/EMR, LMS, and HRIS, so POC results and operator data flow into the systems you already have.
How does operator competency tracking work?
QML maintains one record per operator across every facility they work in, tracking certification and competency on the CLIA cadence, initial, six-month, annual, with eLearning integration for training. When a surveyor asks for proof, it's a report, not a scavenger hunt.
What does the license actually include?
QML is a perpetual license with annual support, not a forced subscription. Implementation is included until live data processing begins; support includes troubleshooting, training, and version updates at no additional cost, with unlimited devices per licensed facility. New device types carry a license cost per facility, quoted up front.
Is our data secure?
QML is deployed on your servers in your designated data centers, with AES-256 database encryption, TLS network protection, IP whitelisting, annual independent penetration testing, and structured failover and backup procedures.
Running POC across a whole health system? That's exactly what QML is for.
One implementation scales across every hospital, clinic, physician office, and urgent care you operate, multiple time zones included. Operators, devices, and compliance unified across the organization, on a perpetual license with unlimited devices per licensed facility.
