With 27 years of experience in laboratory revenue cycle management, Wendy brings deep expertise across the spectrum—from managing claims and invoicing to serving as interim director of finance for a clinical laboratory in East Texas. Her strong industry insight, product design acumen, and exceptional customer relationships have been instrumental in shaping the TELCOR RCM solution to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.
