Becky Clarke has extensive experience in health care and clinical information systems. Becky is a founding partner of TELCOR and serves as executive vice president and secretary. Her primary responsibilities include managing the TELCOR POCT product line and employee benefits.

Chris Thurman Chief Information Officer
Karis Ahlberg, vice president, marketing, has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare and human relations software solutions as well as industrial manufacturing. In her current role, Karis mixes strategic, creative and technical marketing solutions to create awareness and help drive sales for TELCOR.
Rochelle Paine, vice president, accounting, has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, administration, human resources, benefits administration and technology. She joined TELCOR in 2002 as an accountant, promoted to director of accounting in 2008, and vice president of accounting in 2011.
Chris Thurman, chief information officer, is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network, workstations and servers at TELCOR corporate headquarters and off-site data centers. He has been a key contributor in moving TELCOR RCM to a cloud-based, SaaS solution offering a scalable and secure laboratory billing option.

Mark Cederdahl, vice president, POCT sales, develops and manages the sales team for POCT product line. He also creates and maintains business relationships with diagnostic and vendors, and providing overall strategic leadership.
Jane Clifford, vice president product management, POCT, is responsible for TELCOR POCT product management, which includes managing software testing for version updates, maintaining end-user documentation and product enhancement requests and overseeing the performance of version releases.
Calvin Kroeker, vice president, POCT sales, develops and manages the sales team for the POCT product line. He also creates and maintains business relationships with diagnostic and vendors, and providing overall strategic leadership.
Courtney Nabegh, vice president, POCT customer service, has clinical and information systems experience. She manages the installation, implementation and customer service teams for TELCOR POCT product line.
Nick Terrano, chief technology officer, POCT, has been a TELCOR employee since 1996 and has been integral in building the TELCOR POCT product line from its inception to the full data management system it is today. His primary responsibilities include providing product direction and managing product development.

Wendy Baehne, vice president, RCM Product Management, has almost 20 years of experience in laboratory revenue cycle management. She is currently responsible for TELCOR RCM product management, which includes working with customer requirements and managing the software development lifecycle for version updates.
Kwami Edwards, Chief Customer Officer, RCM, has more than 15 years of health care experience with a strong background in workflow redesign and change management. In his current role, Kwami works with owners and executives to help ensure successful implementations and continued reengineering support.
Kurt Matthes, vice president, RCM reengineering and service, has more than 25 years of experience in laboratory systems. Since joining TELCOR in 2007, he has performed various responsibilities including implementation, service and sales support working with TELCOR customers to help ensure success.
Chris Terrano, chief technology officer, RCM, has more than 20 years of experience in laboratory and billing information systems, with an emphasis on technical design and quality solution management. Chris is the chief software architect for TELCOR RCM software solutions. His primary responsibilities include providing product direction, managing product development and technical services.
Corey Wilbeck, vice president, RCM sales, is responsible for managing TELCOR RCM sales team. In his role, Corey develops and manages account executives, provides strategic direction and builds business relationships with current and prospective customers.
