TELCOR is proud to announce the promotions of Jacqui Donner, Design Director, Point of Care (POC), Lydia Dorn, Implementation Specialist, POC; Angie Dunn, Front End Service Supervisor, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Mike Henle, Support Manager, POC; MyRranda Kendle, Installation Connectivity Manager, POC; Christopher Skelton, Front End Service Supervisor, RCS; and Wes Zach, Support Manager, POC.

Donner joined TELCOR in April 2014 and has been an invaluable member of the POC Product team. She began as the Design Manager a year ago and has excelled as both a leader of a team of designers and as a member of the Product Management team. She is a strategic, critical thinker, with experience, knowledge, and vision that make her truly effective at transforming user requirements into a suitable form for coding and implementation. Donner is committed to delivering the highest quality of product possible for our customers. In her new role as Design Director, she will continue to lead the Design team and provide guidance and insight to the Product Management team.

Joining TELCOR in July 2019, Dorn has consistently demonstrated a positive attitude and a team-player mindset, mentored new employees and tackled complex customer projects. She has also been dedicated to providing valuable education and training to fellow co-workers and customers. In her new role as Implementation Specialist, Dorn will continue to deliver solutions for customers and assist with the implementation of new direct connect device types.

Since joining TELCOR in April 2019, Dunn has been dedicated to providing exceptional support to both her team and customers. As the go-to resource for training on Correspondence processes, she has utilized her expertise to streamline and improve existing workflows. In her new role as Front End Service Supervisor, Dunn will continue to oversee performance and workload management, ensuring that customer goals are consistently met.

Joining TELCOR in March 2015, Henle has extensive knowledge of hospital and laboratory operations from his previous work experience as a Point of Care Coordinator. He is always ready to help and is a valuable resource for both team members and customers alike. In his new role, Henle will guide his team to deliver exceptional support to our customers, ensuring TELCOR continues to exceed industry standards.

Joining TELCOR in April 2019, Kendle has been a dedicated member of the POC Installation team, consistently driving improvements in our remote access processes and documentation. Her commitment to providing training and education across teams has made her a valuable resource, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge needed for success. In her new role as Installation Connectivity Manager, Kendle will oversee connectivity processes, leveraging her expertise and leadership to enhance team efficiency and project execution.

Joining TELCOR in September 2021, Skelton has been an invaluable asset to the Front-End team, excelling at problem-solving, utilizing the Document Management module, and training team members on new customer workflows. He has been committed to keeping processes and workflows current, ensuring the highest quality of service for customers. In his new role as Front End Service Supervisor, Skelton will continue to support his team, leveraging his extensive knowledge and leadership skills to exceed customer expectations.

Since joining TELCOR in June 2017, Zach has been committed to supporting TELCOR POC customers in every way possible. He does not hesitate to take on extra responsibilities, such as assisting with interdepartmental training and organizing webinars. In his new role as POC Support Manager, Zach will support his team, fostering internal growth and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
