Once correct and compliant transactions are created, then pricing is automatically assigned for clients, payers, and self-pay. Unlimited fee schedules for pricing and expected reimbursement allow you to price your laboratory services properly without manual intervention. You can create pricing driven by client, financial class, payer, state, locality, and patient class.

Flexible Pricing

Configuring the billing software and maintaining the flexible pricing is made easy with rate management tools allowing you to import, copy, or globally update amounts based on the percentage change desired. Global updates are customized to only select procedures, making updates even easier. Effective date ranges to ensure you can enter, import, copy, or update as far in advance as desired without affecting current pricing.

Invoice delivery is an automated process giving you a competitive edge with maximized client satisfaction and minimal resource dedication. Invoices are sent to clients via print, fax, email, or client web portal. Per client, you can define if daily, weekly, or monthly invoices or notifications of charges will be provided so the client can perform their own patient billing in a timely manner. Invoice format, content, sorting, and messages are customized by the client making bills easy to understand.

TELCOR RCM includes extensive revenue cycle functionality to further customize pricing and manage the contract process required to maintain and improve client satisfaction. Client pricing options include unlimited fee schedules, discounting, special pricing, capitation, incremental pricing as well as automatic travel and transportation pricing. Client metrics are included with each billing transaction processed even if not client billed. This allows a complete picture of how each client impacts your business. Revenue, expected reimbursement, utilization errors, profitability, payments, compliance statistics, and more is determined for each client.

The iLabBill®  Client web portal allows clients to easily provide census information, diagnosis codes, patient demographics, and insurance information. Clients can review invoices, analyze price schedules and make payments online. Your organization’s labor is reduced, collections are improved, and client satisfaction is improved.
