Lincoln, NE – July 20, 2023 – TELCOR Inc announces the release of version 21.3 of TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The new version allows expanded use of the Report Designer, an Executive Module, use of web application programming interfaces (APIs), as well as many other features that continue to improve laboratory productivity and collections.
The Report Designer provides users complete control over invoice formats used for clients. Templates are provided, which can be used as a starting point for invoice design updates. The Report Designer provides significant flexibility previously provided through configurations.
The Executive Module, part of the RCM Portal offerings, includes Executive Dashboards. These dashboards present key metrics to be used by laboratory executives to monitor financial performance and billing operations.
Additional enhancements include:
- The TELCOR RCM interface infrastructure allows the use of customer vendors’ APIs or TELCOR RCM APIs for data exchange between systems.
- OCR and AI updates for improved document recognition and record linking.
