TELCOR Promotions – August 2024

Lincoln, NE – August 13, 2024

TELCOR is proud to announce the promotions of Kacky Bucher, Claims Resolution Lead, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Nathan Foley, Senior Implementation Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM); and Trinity Van Laningham, Revenue Cycle Supervisor, RCS.

Since joining TELCOR in May 2024, Bucher has been an invaluable member of the team, bringing with her 13 years of medical billing experience. According to her manager, Michelle Conner, “Kacky has quickly demonstrated the critical thinking and investigational skills necessary to resolve payer issues and trend denials for configuration updates.” Bucher is committed to understanding the constant change of payer requirements and collaborating with co-workers and leadership to ensure customer success. In her new role as Claims Resolution Lead, she will be leading the Medicare Team by helping them to identify and investigate issues and trends in RCS Customers, as well as sharing her knowledge of billing guidelines and payer nuances.

Since joining TELCOR in February 2021, Foley has been an invaluable member of the RCM Implementation team. According to his manager, Craig Lenhoff, “Nathan is known for his approachable personality, which helps him build strong relationships with customers helping meet and exceed milestones, a critical aspect of any implementation.” Foley has taken significant strides in mastering the TELCOR RCM application and has become the go-to person for jurisdictional processing, consistently proving his ability to tackle any challenge. In his new role as Senior Implementation Analyst, he will continue to serve as a trusted advisor to customers during implementation, guiding them to success.

Joining TELCOR in January 2023, Van Laningham has quickly proven to be an asset to the Revenue Cycle Services team. According to her manager, Ashley Stovall, “Trinity has the ability to investigate issues and find solutions to problems that are often quite difficult to resolve.” Van Laningham has been dedicated to assisting with the training of fellow co-workers, standardizing processes, and finding solutions to complex questions that arise. In her new role as Revenue Cycle Supervisor, she will work closely with customers and other members of the Revenue Cycle Services team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
