Lincoln, NE – February 22, 2024

TELCOR is excited to announce the promotions of Katy Morehouse, Claims Resolution Specialist, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); and Rachel Smith, Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Since joining TELCOR in September 2019, Morehouse has become a distinguished member of the RCS team, assisting with high-volume and complex customers. Her proactive approach in identifying concerns and potential issues has been instrumental in ensuring ongoing success for our customers. In her new role, Morehouse will continue to resolve customer issues and ensure workflows proceed smoothly.

Since joining TELCOR in October 2019, Smith has been a dedicated and passionate member of the RCM QA team. She has successfully completed complex projects and taken on additional responsibilities as an involved member of a cross-departmental team. In her new role as a Senior QA Analyst, she will continue to develop and execute testing on a variety of projects to ensure their success.
