TELCOR Promotions – November 2024

TELCOR is proud to announce the promotions of Barbie Steele, Manager, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Michelle Conner to Manager, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Taylor Kopecky to Implementation Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM); and Ashley Stovall to Director, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS).

Since joining TELCOR in August 2019, Steele has been an integral part of the growth of Revenue Cycle Services. Her dedication to building strong customer relationships and her expertise in tackling complex issues have made her a valuable asset to the RCS team. In her new role as Manager of Revenue Cycle Services, Steele will take on expanded customer responsibilities and collaborate closely with other members of leadership to drive continued success.

Since joining TELCOR in October 2019, Conner has been an invaluable member of the Revenue Cycle Services team. Her extensive payer knowledge and dedication to fostering strong customer relationships have made her a trusted partner in ensuring successful collections and resolving complex issues. In her new role as Manager of Revenue Cycle Services, Conner will take on expanded customer responsibilities and support the development of fellow leaders.

Since joining TELCOR in March 2024 as an RCM Implementation Specialist, Kopecky has been instrumental in supporting a variety of RCM projects, consistently tackling tasks with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. His willingness to take on projects of all sizes and his recent contributions to the responsibilities of an Implementation Analyst have demonstrated his readiness for this new role. We are excited to see Kopecky continue to grow and succeed at TELCOR.

Stovall has been with TELCOR and Revenue Cycle Services since 2019 as a leader on the claims resolution team. Stovall‘s claim knowledge and leadership skills have been an essential component to the growth and success of the Revenue Cycle Services team. Stovall has worked closely with internal teams and external customers to identify and resolve issues and increase collections for our customers. In her new role as Director, Stovall will continue to support the claims team and the RCS team as a whole, collaborate with leadership to develop streamlined processes, and support our ongoing growth.
