Lincoln, NE – July 19, 2024 – TELCOR is excited to announce its 16th annual RCM User Conference. This year’s conference is at the CHI Health Convention Center in Omaha, NE on October 13-15, 2024.
Checkmate is this year’s conference theme. Attendees will learn strategic moves for mastering their revenue cycle. Learning opportunities come from panel discussions, TELCOR sessions, workshops, roundtable conversations, and networking.
“Checkmate seemed fitting because with every turn you take to improve your reimbursement strategy, it seems there are outside influences creating new obstacles,” said Chris Terrano, Chief Operating Officer. “Our goal is to arm attendees with the tools and information needed to streamline workflow and maximize their reimbursements.”
The three-day conference includes presentations, breakout discussions, and previews of upcoming software changes, all aimed at addressing the needs of pathology groups and laboratory organizations. It also provides a way for TELCOR users to connect and share with one another their individualized knowledge unique to their personal experience with TELCOR’s software and service offerings.

Julio Melara kicks off the conference with his keynote speech, “Excelling and Enduring in a Changing World.” Mr. Melara will share strategies for excelling and enduring in a rapidly evolving world, focusing on adaptability, continuous learning, and resilience. By examining real-life examples and practical techniques, attendees will identify how individuals and organizations can thrive amidst change and uncertainty.
