Second Quarter Promotions

Each month promotion announcements are posted under Company News on the TELCOR website. TELCOR congratulates the following employees on their recent promotions this quarter.

Kelsey Appelhanz, Revenue Cycle Manager, RCS

Since joining TELCOR in July 2018, Appelhanz has played a crucial role in the development of the Remittance team, which has grown from two people to almost thirty. During this time, she has led special projects and worked closely with customers to ensure prompt and accurate payment processing. In her new position, Appelhanz will oversee RCS as it continues to expand and adapt.

Sami Binder, Claims Resolution Specialist, RCS

Since joining TELCOR in April 2021, Binder has perfected her understanding of the TELCOR application and payer requirements. She is now working on complex denials and high priority customer requests. In her new role, Binder will serve as a resource for fellow team members and strategically utilize her knowledge to aid in customer success.

Carrie Book, Remittance Specialist, RCS

Joining TELCOR in February 2021, Book has thrived, showcasing impressive growth and adaptability. She has been instrumental in supporting the Correspondence Team, effectively managing two additional customers on that team. In her new role working with RCS customers, Book will take responsibility for accurately identifying payment entry errors, ensuring precise reconciliation of bank deposits daily, and performing essential posting functions.

Adina Dargeloh, Contracts Administration Supervisor, Contracts

Since joining TELCOR in 2017, Dargeloh has effectively provided internal and external contractual support while excelling at contract negotiations. She is a crucial member of the Contracts team, implementing improved processes and standardizing them across all aspects of the department. In her new role as Contracts Administration Supervisor, Dargeloh will manage and oversee contracts administrative personnel, mentoring them to effectively accomplish their responsibilities.

Angie Di Salvo, Senior Service Analyst, RCM

Joining TELCOR in March 2021, Di Salvo has made a significant impact on the company through her commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. Her dedication, teamwork, and willingness to take on challenges make her a valuable asset to the team. In her new role, Di Salvo will perform extensive troubleshooting and serve as a mentor to fellow teammates.

Chris Donner, Remittance Senior Team Lead, RCS

Since joining TELCOR in July 2019, Donner has played a crucial role in establishing the RCS product line, bringing valuable expertise to the table. Over the years, she has diligently worked on developing processes to enhance efficiency and creating audit templates to monitor customer health. In her new role as Remittance Senior Team Lead, Donner will monitor workflows to drive continuous improvement and ensure optimal performance of the team.

Stephanie Mansur, Remittance Team Lead, RCS

Since joining TELCOR in February 2021, Mansur has consistently been a valuable resource to colleagues and customers. Her unwavering dedication to finding effective solutions and nurturing strong customer relationships has made her an exceptional team member. In her new role as Remittance Team Lead, Mansur will leverage her exceptional problem-solving abilities and management skills to further enhance customer satisfaction.

Becky Martin, QA Manager, POC

Joining TELCOR in May 2014, Martin excels at case management, diligently working cases until they are resolved. She is an expert in TELCOR QML^®, device interface testing, and a trusted resource for her team. In her new role as POC QA Manager, Martin will manage all aspects of the testing process, while continuing to manage her own testing and documentation projects to ensure project release dates are met.

Jamie McManigal, Claims Resolution Supervisor, RCS

Since joining TELCOR in May 2018, McManigal has developed new skills in data analysis that have helped to improve workflows. Additionally, she has worked closely with teammates, acting as a mentor, and sharing her knowledge of the TELCOR RCM application and payer requirements. In her new role, McManigal will serve as a point of escalation and investigate complex claims, ensuring TELCOR customers are successful.

Derek Pohlmann, Technical Support Analyst, POC

Joining TELCOR in March 2016, Pohlmann has held a variety of roles in support of TELCOR POC. He has a strong understanding of the different processes associated with each team and is well respected by his colleagues. In his new role, Pohlmann will use his experience to troubleshoot cases and provide internal training across multiple POC departments.

Kaitlin Smith, Revenue Cycle Supervisor – Remittance, RCS

Smith joined TELCOR in August 2019. Since then, she has established meaningful relationships with her customers and has been a dependable asset for her team. Through her involvement with co-workers, she has helped blend processes between different RCS teams to enhance workflow. In her new role as Revenue Cycle Supervisor – Remittance, Smith will structure innovative work processes and oversee her team to ensure customer success.

Trinity Van Laningham, BCBS Team Lead, RCS

Joining TELCOR in January 2023, Van Laningham excels at analyzing data to discover trends. She has a solid understanding of payer billing and has used this knowledge to suggest new policies that further automate work processes. In her new role, Van Laningham will help train new hires and lead the Blue Cross Blue Shield team.
