TELCOR is proud to announce the promotions of Kacky Bucher, Claims Resolution Supervisor, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS), Kristin Drahota, Service Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Joni Fitzgerald, Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Services (RCS), Sarah LaRose, Senior Integration Data Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Brett Lowe Service Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM),

Since joining TELCOR in May 2024, Bucher has been an integral part of investigating issues and identifying trends for new customers to reduce the number of denials. She approaches complex challenges with persistence and dedication, conducting thorough research and follow-up to ensure resolutions are achieved. Bucher has been instrumental in training new team members while providing ongoing support for all team members. In her new role as Revenue Cycle Supervisor, Bucher will collaborate with customers and the Revenue Cycle Services team to drive customer success.

Since joining TELCOR in September 2016, Drahota has leveraged her knowledge and expertise in customer processes and workflow optimization to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional results. She has built strong, trusted relationships with our customers and consistently goes above and beyond to mentor team members. Known for her collaborative spirit and innovative thinking, Drahota brings fresh perspectives that elevate our team’s success.

Since joining TELCOR in July 2018, Fitzgerald has been instrumental in supporting the growth and evolution of RCS. She has dedicated significant time to training new members of the claims resolution team, ensuring they are well-versed in our processes, and set for success. Fitzgerald has also led and contributed to many special RCM projects, delivering timely results and identifying areas for improvement. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the continued success of RCS. In her new role as Revenue Cycle Supervisor, Fitzgerald will continue mentoring team members and collaborating with leadership to drive the success of both RCS and our customers.

Since joining TELCOR RCM Service in 2019 and transitioning to RCM Integration as a Data Analyst in 2021, LaRose has become an integral member of the Integration team. Known for her proactive approach, LaRose consistently identifies issues and offers effective solutions, while excelling in every task she undertakes. Her positive attitude and ability to tackle complex challenges have proven her ability to perform the highly complex responsibilities of her new role. We look forward to the growth LaRose will achieve and the positive impact it will have on all of RCM.

Since stepping into the role of Service Team Lead, Lowe has demonstrated exceptional leadership, initiative, and dedication to supporting his team and customers. Known for his mentorship and collaborative approach, Lowe has been instrumental in fostering growth and teamwork, while building strong relationships with customers that reflect his professionalism and commitment to excellence.
