TELCOR is proud to announce the promotions of Heather Christ, Senior Client Service Coordinator, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Patrick Crosier, Remittance Senior Lead, RCS; Megan Eikerman, Senior Implementation Associate, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM); Melissa Harnisch, Senior Analyst, RCM Quality Assurance (QA); and Taryn Shotkoski, Customer Engagement Manager, RCM.
Joining TELCOR in June 2021, Christ has become an invaluable member of the TELCOR RCS team. Her billing expertise and exceptional customer service have significantly contributed to the success of numerous RCS clients. In her new role as Senior Client Service Coordinator, Christ will continue to nurture relationships with her clients and help them achieve their goals.
Since joining TELCOR in April 2021, Crosier has been part of the Credit and Refunds team. According to his supervisor, Brittany Mueller, “Patrick is self-motivated and goes above and beyond for his teammates and customers.” Crosier is dedicated to process improvements, helping the team operate smoothly. In his new role, he will continue implementing improved operational processes and collaborating with co-workers to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Since joining TELCOR in March 2022, Eikerman has been an invaluable asset to the TELCOR RCM team. “Megan has shown notable availability, stepping up to assist with special projects across both RCM and RCS lines of business,” said Megan’s manager, Dawn Seelhoff. Eikerman has effectively led large projects, assisted with special initiatives, and demonstrated notable strengths in form configurations and case resolution. In her new role as Senior Implementation Associate, she will continue to be the go-to person for her colleagues and ensure customer success through her project completions.
Since joining TELCOR in December 2019, Harnisch has been a vital asset to the RCM QA team, leading numerous large projects and establishing herself as the go-to resource for RCM Portal questions. She has played a key role in training new team members while continuing her own work to ensure the team met version deadlines. In her new role as Senior Analyst, Harnisch will continue to exceed expectations and uphold the highest standards for the TELCOR RCM application.
Since joining TELCOR in February 2021, Shotkoski has been an integral part of the RCM Customer Engagement team. According to her supervisor, Craig Lenhoff, “Taryn never shies away from a good challenge, whether it is customer-related or an internal TELCOR project.” Shotkoski has served as a valuable resource for product and process-related questions, mentoring new employees and consistently demonstrating a positive can-do attitude. In her new role, she will help guide the Implementation team to ensure the portfolio of Revenue Cycle Management projects seamlessly transitions from initial sale through implementation to customer service.
