TELCOR Promotions – June 2023

Lincoln, NE – June 12, 2023

TELCOR is excited to announce the promotions of Carrie Book, Remittance Specialist, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Chris Donner, Remittance Senior Team Lead, RCS; Stephanie Mansur, Remittance Team Lead, RCS; and Jen Neujahr, Senior Client Service Coordinator, RCS.

Joining TELCOR in February 2021, Book has thrived, showcasing impressive growth and adaptability. She has been instrumental in supporting the Correspondence Team, effectively managing two additional customers on that team. In her new role working with RCS customers, Book will take responsibility for accurately identifying payment entry errors, ensuring precise reconciliation of bank deposits daily, and performing essential posting functions.

Since joining TELCOR in July 2019, Donner has played a crucial role in establishing the RCS product line, bringing valuable expertise to the table. Over the years, she has diligently worked on developing processes to enhance efficiency and creating audit templates to monitor customer health. In her new role as Remittance Senior Team Lead, Donner will monitor workflows to drive continuous improvement and ensure optimal performance of the team.

Since joining TELCOR in February 2021, Mansur has consistently been a valuable resource to colleagues and customers. Her unwavering dedication to finding effective solutions and nurturing strong customer relationships has made her an exceptional team member. In her new role as Remittance Team Lead, Mansur will leverage her exceptional problem-solving abilities and management skills to further enhance customer satisfaction.

Since joining TELCOR in August 2019, Neujahr has been a valued member of the Payer Enrollment and Client Services team. She has consistently exceeded expectations in her role, providing excellent service to TELCOR RCS customers and ensuring maximum performance. In her new role, Neujahr will continue to monitor customer performance and anticipate needs, proactively implementing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
