TELCOR is excited to announce the promotions of Brandon Garner, Director, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Sales; and Laura Holmes, Product Design Specialist, RCM.

In his six years with TELCOR, Garner has exemplified outstanding dedication and skill in knowing how labs of all types and sizes can positively impact their profitability with TELCOR RCM. He has significantly expanded our client base through his commitment to building strong relationships and his keen ability to navigate the sales cycle with strategic insight. In his new role as Director of RCM Sales, Garner will provide strategic guidance across accounts, mentor new account executives, and play a pivotal role in the expansion of the RCM Sales team.

Since joining TELCOR in May 2015, Holmes has excelled in the Quality Assurance Department, becoming an expert in RCM application processes and contributing significantly to product improvement. Her attention to detail and strong collaboration skills have been pivotal in her success. In her new role, Holmes will focus on gathering customer requirements for development projects, creating work orders, and enhancing product education for the team, further aligning our solutions with customer needs.
