TELCOR is proud to announce the promotions of Sarah Bottorff, Senior Team Lead, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Angela Davison, Claims Resolution Specialist, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS); Stephanie Mansur, Remittance Team Lead, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS);and Katelyn Richter, Director of Compliance and Legal Affairs, Compliance.

Since joining TELCOR in October 2019, Bottorff has developed expertise in front-end services, claims, and payment posting. She has been a valuable member of the Remittance team, consistently going above and beyond to streamline processes and solve complex issues. Her dedication and knowledge have significantly contributed to the success of the Remittance team. As a Senior Lead, Bottorff will continue working closely with leadership, her team, and customers to ensure TELCOR provides excellent service.

Joining TELCOR in September 2023, Davison has quickly proven her value through her strong understanding of payer requirements and claim denials. Her ability to identify trends and recommend configuration updates has been instrumental in improving collections for TELCOR customers. Davison consistently goes above and beyond, assisting her team by troubleshooting and answering complex questions. In her new role as Claims Resolution Specialist, she will continue to be an exceptional leader for her team, providing guidance in identifying and investigating payer issues.

Since joining TELCOR in February 2021, Mansur has been a key contributor, consistently collaborating with customers and colleagues to streamline processes and ensure efficiency. With her strong communication skills and her ability to manage change, Mansur has risen to every challenge. In her new role as Remittance Team Lead, she will provide hands-on support to her team, maintaining TELCOR’s high standard of service by working closely with customers to drive successful outcomes.

Since joining TELCOR in May 2017, Richter has proven to be an invaluable asset to TELCOR, ensuring the overall compliance of not only the company but all our employees as well. With her HIPAA expertise, dedication to evaluating and mitigating risk, and commitment to business continuity, she has built the TELCOR compliance program into what it is today! In her new role as Director of Compliance and Legal Affairs, Richter will continue to oversee, develop, and maintain the Compliance Department and program.
