TELCOR RCM is Statement on Standard for Attestation Engagements No. 16 (SSAE 16) Service Organization (SOC) 2 Type 2 certified demonstrating our dedication to delivering a secure cloud solution. Achieving this important certification reflects the values with which TELCOR develops its software products—to improve patient care and the security and privacy of patient health information.

Compliance

No system can be successful unless it meets today’s compliance requirements. Our secure software solution is fully compliant with HIPAA, NPI, ICD-10, and 5010 requirements. The RCM solution can also be deployed with full data encryption to meet HITECH requirements.

Private Cloud Solution

TELCOR utilizes two full-service data centers to provide the best and fully-redundant service to its customers. These data centers allow us to provide our customers with remote, virtual access to our secure software through our Software as a Service (SaaS) option. There are several key benefits of the TELCOR private cloud delivery model: TELCOR acts as your IT staff by hosting the hardware and software, as well as providing all technical maintenance and upgrades.

Patient Centric-Design

Our patient-centric design simplifies patient account management and minimizes billing work on repeat patients. TELCOR RCM includes many rules and pricing options to define how patient transactions are processed to ensure billing is clean and compliant. Self-pay patients are billed at a fee schedule, service date maximum amount, or you can offer client-based pricing in acknowledgment of their uninsured status. Patients who have multiple services per month will receive one billing statement, avoiding confusion.

Single Solution

The TELCOR RCM billing software solution provides integration of many functions commonly being performed using multiple applications. This single solution for revenue cycle management reduces labor, improves collections, and provides comprehensive, accurate revenue cycle analytics.

Common functions traditionally managed outside of billing software and integrated into TELCOR RCM:

  • Client billing is integrated with your patient billing, making a change of responsibility seamless and easy. All transaction rules for payer-compliant claim submission, as well as claim monitoring, are performed in TELCOR RCM allowing improved remittance processing.
  • Remittance and cash posting are within TELCOR RCM; payments from your client and patient portals are automatically updated into TELCOR RCM.
  • AR management and revenue cycle analytics managed within TELCOR RCM make them real-time, accurate, and relevant to today’s revenue cycle decision-making.
  • Multi-entity deployment allows multiple companies within one instance of TELCOR RCM allowing company-specific or organization-wide revenue cycle analytics.
