TELCOR Promotions – May 2024

Lincoln, NE – May 10, 2024

TELCOR is excited to announce the promotions of Tim Paschal, Product Design Specialist, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM); and Nicole Paswaters, Team Lead, Revenue Cycle Services (RCS).

Since joining TELCOR in August 2021, Paschal has been an invaluable asset to the RCM Service team, navigating complex issues and implementing effective solutions for customers. His expertise in reporting has been instrumental, facilitating communication with management to address customers’ reporting needs, and conducting demonstrations of the TELCOR RCM reporting capabilities. In his new role as Product Design Specialist, Paschal will leverage his skills and insights to bring enhancement requests to fruition, ensuring TELCOR RCM remains at the forefront of the evolving landscape of laboratory billing.

Since joining TELCOR in May 2021, Paswaters has adeptly managed large customers and served as Team Lead during a fellow teammate’s extended leave. She excels at investigating complex issues and presenting her research and conclusions to leadership to implement effective solutions. In her new role, Paswaters will lead the UnitedHealthcare (UHC) team, focusing on increasing collections for TELCOR RCS customers.
