TELCOR Promotions – November 2023

Lincoln, NE – November 13, 2023

TELCOR is excited to announce the promotions of Melissa Almburg, Implementation Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM); Alexis Determan, Implementation Analyst, RCM; and Shayne Evans, Design Analyst, Point of Care (POC).

Since joining TELCOR in February 2023, Almburg has assisted with several implementations and performed exceptionally. In addition, she has taken on various tasks essential for continuing new projects. In her new role as Implementation Analyst, Almburg will support larger implementation projects.

Joining TELCOR in February 2023, Determan has a customer-centric approach, providing helpful and personalized support to every customer. She is always willing to help, kickstarting new projects and assisting in various phases of different implementation projects. In her new role, Determan will be committed to improving department processes while supporting a variety of customer projects.

Since joining TELCOR in June 2017, Evans has proven to be a valuable asset to multiple TELCOR POC teams. His extensive product knowledge, sharp attention to detail, and eagerness to assist in any situation have made him an invaluable contributor to the company. In his new role as Design Analyst, Evans will leverage his unique perspective, skillset, and comprehensive knowledge of various processes associated with each team to transform requirements into design specifications.
